Veterans Total Care Initiative. The Veterans Total Care Initiative is providing free physical exams, preventative healthcare, women?s healthcare, peer support, and behavioral healthcare. If anyone is interested in scheduling appointments, any New Jersey Veteran can call our number that is posted. Also, the Veteran has the option of going to the clinic in person on any day of the week. The clinics providing care are at the two locations:

Please do not think that these are the only times available as the medical staff will work to ensure convenient times.

Eligibility ? Any New Jersey Veteran who has served in uniform ad all services provided are free. The purpose of this initiative is to conduct integrated care to all who may not have healthcare coverage.

A Veteran Peer will be present on the days above to assist any Veteran patient with navigation. Please let me know if you have any questions.
