mdeWe were given a War Department ID Card that was found in a wall while renovations going on in a Southern New Jersey home and are currently working on returning it to the family.

The ID Card belongs to Earl F Young was born December 21, 1917. Born in Easton, PA, he was a son of the alter Fred and Blanche Young. 

He was a WWII Army veteran, serving as a second lieutenant and received the SILVER Star, 2 BRONZE Stars and a Purple Heart.

In civilian life, he was a business agent and manager of produce for the former A&P Food Market in Bethlehem for 20 years before retiring in 1976.

He passed away on January 8, 2002 in Bethlehem, PA. He is survived by one son and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

We are currently in the process of notifying family/returning.
