WWII Remains returning – Staff Sergeant Zoltan Joseph Dobovich, US Army Air Corps
Staff Sergeant Zoltan Joseph Dobovich, US Army Air Corps, was killed on 1 November 1946 when his B17 crashed in the Alps between France and Italy. Staff Sergeant Dobovich served as the radio operator of the B17.
On 27 December 2012 Staff Sergeant Dobovich will finally be laid to rest in New Jersey.
On either 23 or 24 December 2012 Staff Sergeant Dobovich’s remains will fly into Philadelphia International Airport and transferred to the care of the funeral home. A military honor guard will be present for the transfer.
On 26 December 2012 the Dobovich family will host an open to the public viewing/ gathering at the Perinchief Chapels, Funeral Home at 438 High St, Mt Holly, New Jersey 08060, 609-267-0399
On 27 December 2012 Staff Sergeant Dobovich will be laid to rest at the BG William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, 14 Chesterfield Arney Town Rd, Wrightstown, New Jersey 08562, 609-758-7250. A military honor guard will be present will be present to render military honors.
