Somehow William Morris's military dog tag found it's way into a thrift shop in Wyoming where Chris Bluestone saw it and purchased it for $3. He wanted to try and get the dog tag back to the family of this WWII veteran.

He contacted Patriot Connections Dog Tag Project, and were able to research and locate William Morris's son and granddaughter in North Carolina. Plans are underway to have the military dog tag reunited with them.

This WWII hero, William Morris, was born September 23, 1913 in Miami, Gila, Arizona and passed away on October 12, 1994 in Madison Heights, Michigan. Thank you for your service - you are not forgotten.
