American Legion Post 372 Hall Rental
The American Legion Post 372 has a Hall available for members and the public to rent. We are located at 1532 Martin Ave., Cherry Hill, NJ. (click here for map).

How much is the Hall Rental? Weekend Hall Rentals (Friday nite – Sunday nite) are $500 for 4 hours. If more time is needed, additional hours are billed at $100/hr. Weekday Hall Rentals are billed at an hourly rate of $75/hour. Discounts available for members of American Legion Post 372.
How do I reserve the Hall? Check our online calendar to see if the date is open. If it is, fill out our online form (click here). You will be contacted to make arrangements to have contract signed and a deposit (1/2 of total) is required. The date will NOT be held until a contract and deposit is made.
Is there a Cleaning Deposit? Yes, there is a cleaning deposit of $50, which will be returned within 2 days after your Hall Rental. In the event the Hall is not left clean, the cleaning deposit will not be returned.
Am I responsible to clean the Hall? Yes, you are responsible to remove all decorations, take your trash out (dumpster in back), wipe off tables/chairs, sweep/clean floor and have the tables/chairs set up as they were. If there is a spill on the floor, there is a mop/bucket available to clean it up. If the Hall/kitchen is not left clean, you will loose your cleaning deposit.
How many people does the Hall hold? Maximum capacity is 100 people.
Does the Hall have kitchen facilities? Yes, we will provide water, ice, refrigeration and a stove where heating of prepared food may be warmed for serving. No extended cooking of unprepared food or ingredients will be permitted. The Post can provide a professional staff caterer for your specialty menu with a variety of delicious choices available, if requested.
Is there an Ice Machine ? Yes, we have an ice machine, which is available for your use.
Does the Hall have a caterer we can hire? We do have a caterer that we use that we would recommend. If interested let us know and we will put you in contact.
Would the Hall provide a bartender for our Event? We do have bartenders that are available to work your event. The fee is $25/hour.
Do you supply tables and chairs? Yes, we provide both. The tables are rectangular in shape – 8ft long x 3 ft wide.
Is smoking permitted in the Hall? No smoking is permitted in the Hall. However there is a smoking area outside in designated areas.
Can we decorate the Hall? There are screws stragetically places throughout the Hall which you can use to attach streamers, balloons and such. Under no circumstances should any push pins, nails, tape, glue or staples be used on the Walls or floors of the Hall. All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
