This engaging presentation provides participants with a framework for a critical analysis of microaggressions that fosters a deeper understanding of our diverse nation’s need for tools to promote positive connections. Our Guest speaker will be Dr. Carvalho-Grevious. She is the State Equal Employment Manager for the Pennsylvania National Guard, where she serves as the principal advisor to the Adjutant General and manages the Equal Opportunity Programs. In addition, she received her Master of Education degree from Boston University and B.A. degree (in Psychology) from La Salle University.
