David’s Touch Foundation Charity Motorcycle Run in Memory of David – Saturday, August 13, 2016
The David’s Touch Foundation will be hosting a 35-mile fully police escorted Charity Motorcycle Run on Saturday, August 13, 2016. The ride will begin and end at Seabra’s Armory located directly on Perth Amboy’s historic waterfront which showcases a unique and beautiful view of the Raritan Bay and the New York borough of Staten Island.
David’s Touch is a non-profit organization created in memory of my son David who passed away at the age of 9, shortly after being diagnosed with lymphoma. It was David’s love for life and enthusiasm that have inspired me to help others experiencing similar hardships as he did. David is credited as being the Founder of this organization. Our mission at David’s Touch is to spread David’s contagious smile by bringing hope and joy to children at their greatest time of need – 100% of the events proceeds will benefit hospitalized children in David’s loving memory.
It would bring me the greatest honor to have your participation. This special event will not only give David’s Touch the opportunity to involve the public by raising awareness on our mission – it will also serve as a day to celebrate the life of a little boy who has and continues to touch so many lives. The event will begin with opening remarks at 10:30am followed by the releasing of doves in memory of our beloved David. The ride will then leave at 11:15am sharp.
