Support The Delaware County Veterans Memorial Association on Sunday May 22nd from 10am to 3pm at the first annual Give Blood, Give Sweat, Give Cheer Fitness & Fun Festival! A fun day for the whole family! RAIN OR SHINE!
GIVE BLOOD:
9AM-3PM
The American Red Cross will be taking blood donations at Paul Bunyan Fitness, and a donation will give you free access to the Festival and all other vendors as a Patron.
GIVE SWEAT:
9AM – Green Beret Challenge | $60 per person (early bird pricing)
• 3-5 Mile Individual Fitness Course
• Push, Pull, Carry Exercises
• Trail Running
• Road Marching
• Includes Access To Fitness Festival
11AM – Trail Run | $40 per person (early bird pricing)
• 5K Trail Run
• Includes Access To Fitness Festival
12:30PM – Fitness Festival | $25 per person (early bird pricing)
• Yoga Session 12:30PM
• Interval Training Session 1:30PM
• Single Exercise Challenges Such As:
• Pull-Ups | Wall Ball Shots | Kettle Bell Swings
