We have been asked by the family of Bill Kennedy to stand a flag line and provide an escort to his final resting place at Washington Crossings.
William C. Kennedy was born January 28th, 1942. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1961, and served four years as a flight equipment and survival tech. (PARACHUTES ). In 1965 he joined the Philadelphia Police Force, and served until 1985. In 1982, he attended A.A. and turned his life around in a new direction, and a new career in helping others turn their lives around. With a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, and a master’s in drug, and alcohol counseling, Summa Cum Laude from UTC, he fullfilled his dream of helping people kick their personal addictions. He recently contracted Leukemia, and A-fib, and died from their complications. He is survived by two children, two grand children, and a brother. He will be greatly missed by all.
