Beginning on Friday evening, June 26 and running through July 21, Scatter Joy Center for the Arts will be hosting a meaningful art exhibit featuring the artwork of fourteen local military veterans. This exhibit was created to celebrate the accomplishments of our vets and to showcase their creative talents. The work that will be on display is very impressive. A portion of all sales will be donated to Meghan’s Foundation, which develops free yoga & meditation programs for veterans to help them cope with symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
The opening reception on June 26 is open to the public and runs from 5:00 to 7:30 pm at Scatter Joy Center for the Arts.
