The Battleship New Jersey will hold her annual Vietnam War Living History Day on Saturday, April 1 to commemorate the anniversary of the re-commissioning of the USS New Jersey into the Vietnam War on April 6, 1968.
Guests touring the Battleship on April 1 can experience re-enactors, military vehicles on the pier, artifacts, veteran sessions, and even 1960’s era music throughout the ship!
The tour is free for Active/WWII Vet/Crew and Members.
Calling All Vietnam War Re-enactors and Artifact Owners!
The ship is looking for more Vietnam War-era re-enactors, artifacts owners, and military vehicle owners to participate in this unique event! Participants will not only get to display their artifacts and interact with guests aboard the Battleship, but we’ll also treat you to lunch and a private tour!
If you would like to participate, please email events@battleshipnewjersey.org
